Approaching from the South:

If you cross the Peace Bridge connecting Buffalo, NY with Fort Erie, ON you will be on the southern most tip of the QEW. Stay on the QEW (Toronto bound) for approximately 29 km (18 miles), then turn onto Highway 420 (towards Niagara Falls, NY) and travel approximately 3 km (2 miles). The Sheraton will be on your right just before the border crossing.

Approaching from the North:

After crossing over the Burlington Skyway, keep on the QEW (Niagara bound) for approximately 58 km (36 miles), then turn onto Highway 420 (towards Niagara Falls, NY) and travel approximately 3 km (2 miles). The Sheraton will be on your right just before the border crossing.

Optional Crossing from Niagara Falls NY:

The Rainbow Bridge connects Niagara Falls, NY with Niagara Falls, ON right in front of our conference hotel, Sheraton on the Falls. However, there is a bit of a tricky driving connection just after crossing the bridge to make it to the conference hotel. If you want to take this route come through Buffalo on I-190 and then exit I-190 at Robert Moses Parkway (Exit 21), take the loop ramp around and follow the parkway into Niagara Falls, NY. After the roundabout the road transitions to John Daly Boulevard, travel about 700 m on John Daly Boulevard, then turn left onto Niagara Street and travel about 900 m to the border plaza. After you cross the bridge and clear the border plaza area take your first right onto Blondin Avenue, then in about 100 m take the next right onto Hiram Street, followed in about 100 m by a right onto River Road/Niagara Parkway. Travel on the Niagara Parkway for about 500 m (going under the abutment for the bridge you just crossed) and turn right onto Clifton Hill. Go 100 m up Clifton Hill and take a right onto Falls Avenue and the hotel will be immediately on your left.

Shuttle Service from Toronto Airport:

Before departing, go on-line and book your round-trip shuttle at Niagara Airbus. Select “Shuttle-Shared Ride”, origin “Toronto International Airport”, destination “Niagara Region”, and “Round Trip”. (we may get a discount group code). Then enter your flight information and make payment.

1. After departing your plane, make your way down one level to the baggage pick-up carousel area. 
2. After retrieving your luggage, exit the baggage area, turn right and make your way down one level to the Ground Transportation level.
3. Head towards Post ‘G’.
4. Just past Post ‘G’ there is a desk labelled “Out-of-town Shuttles”. Tell them your name and that you are booked on the Niagara Airbus.
5. Wait on one of the benches near Post ‘G’ and the driver will call your name when it is time to board.
6. Give the driver your luggage, board the bus, sit back and enjoy your ride to Niagara Falls and the wonders that await you there.
