Résumé

Animer une étude de la valeur n’est pas chose facile. C’est pour cette raison que les ateliers avec de nombreuses personnes requièrent la présence d’un co-animateur, pour faciliter la tâche de l’animateur. L’animation des ateliers, pour réaliser de grandes choses, est essentielle au succès des études. La présentation montrera comment un co-animateur peut prendre certaines tâches et responsabilités, pour augmenter l’efficacité de l’étude. Mme Martin parlera des compétences requises pour être un bon co-animateur et présentera les tâches associées au démarrage de l’atelier, à l’atelier même, et après l’atelier. Elle soulignera comment le co-animateur peut simplifier la vie de l’animateur et de tous les participants à l’étude.

Andréanne Martin, VMA Associée
Mme Martin est impliquée en management de la valeur depuis 10 ans. Elle a complété avec succès les formations VMF1 et VMF2 et se prépare à passer la certification CVS. Mme Martin a coanimé des ateliers sur différents sujets, autant en gestion que techniques. Elle est associée chez Martin Parrot Inc. et est impliquée dans les études réalisées par cette entreprise qui effectue des ateliers à travers le monde.

Abstract

Facilitating a value study is not an easy task. That’s why large workshops require the presence of a co-facilitator, to help the main facilitator. Getting big things done through facilitation is essential to the success of VM. This presentation will show how a co-facilitator can take on some tasks and responsibilities, to improve the efficiency of a study. Mrs. Martin will speak about the skills required for a good co-facilitator and present the tasks associated to the pre workshop, the workshop itself and post workshop. She will highlight how a co-facilitator simplifies the life of the facilitator and all the participants of the study.

Andréanne Martin, VMA Associate
Mrs. Martin has been involved with value management for the last 10 years. She has succeeded in the VMF1 and VMF2 courses and is now preparing to pass the CVS certification. Mrs. Martin has been cofacilitating workshops on different issues, both managerial and technical. She is a business partner at Martin Parrot Inc. and is involved in the studies realized by this group specialized in value studies around the world.
