Marne is a master facilitator with more than 25 years of experience designing and facilitating experiences from the built environment to community building. Marne understands that richer results come from meticulous design and facilitation acumen that ensures all voices are heard and the voices absent from the room are honored. She works to ensure all participants remain deeply engaged in healthy and productive dialogue to achieve optimum results. Marne has a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in organization development and is an accredited practitioner of the Integrative Enneagram assessment, the Fearless Organization psychological safety framework, and a certified facilitator of Peter Block’s Flawless Consulting. 

Marne has led experiential workshops and sessions for in-person, virtual and hybrid groups of 5 to over 300, improving leadership and development skills using science-based methodologies for events including SAVE International Value Summit, A/E/C project teams, and statewide summits for public agency clients facilitating events that make a difference.
